Anyone Need Hosting?

I'm planing to start a business, a hosting company. Not sure if I will start it or not, but I want to get a slight idea of how many would be interested. The more people that would, the less expensive it would be. The server costs involved would be over $150/month (maybe more depending on if that package lets me host a server), so with 5 customers paying $40/month, it would pay it and I'd make a little profit at least, but if I have 1 customer, they will be paying for out entire infrastructure. If I get more then 5, then bonus points for college I guess - more funds. But most of the funds would be used for maintenance and administration though. As we'd grow I'd have to get a faster connection and keep working my way up with more high tech stuff, and also buy goodies for the server such as hard drives and backup systems etc etc....

Anyway, the features would be:

-unlimited bandwidth
-unlimited webspace (well whatever our hdd can take!)
-unlimited file size (why waste clusters?)
-fully customizable error pages
-capability of having password protected pages
-total control over each folder (so if you want different error pages per folder go nuts), directory listings, block etc
-php
-perl
-mySQL (maybe not, but it should be available)
-ftp access
and much more

All this for probably $40/month, but I'm not sure yet.

So let me know if you would be interested if I get this off the ground. ;)
If you guarantee that you'd want our service, please email me and tell me that it's a for sure, that way if I get more then 4 emails saying for sure, I'll really consider it for sure. Now I'm kind of bouncing around media or hosting ..or both.
