Just some news to let everyone know we will soon be having a photo gallery available here to post art, pics you took, or even pics of yourself. So while I'm programming it, get some pics ready to fill it up.

I hope you'll all enjoy it as much as I'll enjoy making it for you all!

Sorry but I won't be using mysql, just file databases. So much easier to work with. (ok, so I am too lazy to learn MySQL )

So far here's what I have, let me know what you think - it does abselutly nothing right now, and if you're lucky enough to check it while I'm working on it, you might get strange results if you try stuff.

I've been slacking with the photo gallery lately... but I promise once exams are over with I'll get it done, maybe before.

Ok, I'm finally getting around in continuing on this project, so while I'm programming it, let me know what kind of features you'd like to see. It will be pretty simple, but if you tell me features you'd like I can see if I can impliment it. I'm still a newbie at php.

Another update for it...

It's doing quite well, I got files to upload (try it!) successfully, and now I'm working the category database management part of it.

Now, I need everyone's help on this one. Right now there's 4 categories and they will remain, but I'd like to know if you have any ideas for other categories that I can add. It will be possible to add some later on, but we might as well add them now if you get any ideas. Thanks

I hope you'll all enjoy this gallery once it's done.

We can post pics of our PC's and stuff... sounds like fun.

Yeah, I'm still working on it. Right now it uploads the file, updates the database and sends you back to see your new picture (which has not been implimented yet )

Once I impliment it your uploaded pic should show up - if I remember not to delete the database when I'm done. Most of the entrys are junk data but I can individually remove stuff. Oh the joy of file databases, can't be corrupted, and can easly be changed, ...and only understood by the programmer.

I'll add in that category when I get a chance. I also want to add a PC one to post our case mods, or just normal unmoded pc's (like mine ).

I got the hardest part done, I got it to write the datebase, now I have to get it to read it.

And it works!

Everything seems under control, though I don't have time to test it to make sure. But it's Microsoft approved so at least it works. Done, but not tested.

Feel free to add some pictures, don't mind the warning about inapropriate pics as I did not write the TOS yet - just use common sence, like no porn.

I'm not sure myself, but I think it's almost at the top where the rock color is more brown, it looks like a rock but it's really a chimpmunk bending over, I'm pretty sure anyway, just found it on the net. It said "can you see the chimpmunk?" or something like that.

I figured a top site list would be easier to program, but it's actually harder, but I think I found a good one so if it works great it will be up shortly.
