I cant add my server

Hi! I am owner of Ultima Online shard Old Paradise:
http://oldp.net and cant add my server to your perfect top shard system.
Please help me!

I couldnt add my server for a while either, with no error message or clue why. Then one day my add when through.

Oh was it just hanging? That usually means that the shard is down or it can't talk to it for some reason. May possibly have been some weird network issue on our side or the shard was not up.
So it's working now?
