Just a heads up that we have been experiencing packet loss for most of the day. This will cause shards to intermittently show as being offline.
The data centre is dealing with a fibre cut between Montreal and Beauharnois (location of data centre) and service has been up and down. Right now it seems to be mostly up so I think they're near the end of solving it.

This appears to be more stable with very little packet loss, but is still not considered resolved. Only got 2% packet loss compared to 40+ a while ago though. As far as I know they're still working on restoring the main links.
