Hi there, I'm one of the GMs over at UO Second Age and I would like to update our shard description and banner at UO Gateway.  I didn't want to re-add the Shard via the Add shard page since we're already in your system. How should I go about doing this?

You would need to contact whoever made the account and get them to do it or give you the password.  If you are not sure of the password enter a wrong one then you'll get an option to reset. You will need access to the email address that was used though.

If any of that is not possible just PM me more details and I'll see what I can do.

We're waiting to see if Derrick can do a password reset, chances are he still has access to the email he signed up with.  Thanks.
