I should have done this a long time ago, but just to let you know that votes now reset every month.  I need to wait at least a month to make sure the script works, but I did test it at different times and it ran so I don't see why it would not work.    If you saw votes showing weird numbers like all 9's that was just me testing it. I normally don't code in production like that but it was easier to do it that way.
