Shard offline

Ever since we moved our shard to a new server it's been showing as being offline. I'm seeing the poller connect successfully on a regular basis. The setup is the same as the previous box, except that it's now on 64bit instead of 32bit.

Hmm that's odd. What server software are you running? I can't see why 32/64 would make a difference though but I'll have to check the logs and see what's happening, when I get the chance.

We're on RunUO latest SVN, with some customization, but nothing has changed since the move. We're running on a Linux box using mono-2.10.8, which is the same version as on the old box.

Glad to hear. Just curious, what did you have to do? Was it something our poller was not handling properly?

It was a problem with remote admin in the runuo svn.
