Quivers [complete]

I finally coded quivers. They still need some testing and a few things to fix here and there, but in general, they work!
Features:
*Can have any AoS attributes applied to it - so anything youd see on a ring, brace, armor etc can also be on a quiver.
* Can have skill bonuses, just like other items
* Can override your weapon's elemental damage type. In the screenshot I'm hitting a physical yoshi with dryad bow (100 physical damage - so should do 1 damage) but quiver is set to cold damage, so it overrides the weapon.
*Added new AoS attribute: Lower ammo cost, this is global to all items. This means a bracelet or ring can have that property if I choose to make an arty. I have not tested yet but I believe it will be possible to loot items with that property as well.
* stores arrows/bolts, your backpack is checked first, if it is empty, then it uses your quiver. Unlike OSI the quiver is not a container, it is made strictly to hold arrows and bolts, and its just two int values that it keeps track of. So you may as well max out both arrows and bolts and not worry about ammo for a while. One thing less when you die.
Razor tries to open it as a container, but I coded a work around to this. Sometimes you may have to double click it twice to load it. Other then that, its pretty much done, just gota test some more, then I'll code the OSI quivers, and possibly customs as well. I will most likely limit quivers to uoml and not AoAs.
