We seem to have lost our main transport link to the shard and I am currently investigating.

The shard is still running but isolated at the moment.

... and as soon as I hit submit, the connection came back up. Go figure. Move along now. :P

Ok I thought it was working but there still seems to be an issue. Link is passing traffic but my monitoring agent for my main server wont connect (unrelated to shard) and also can't connect to shard, so something weird is up.

It's up, but the IP changed. Unfortunately my ISP does not provide static IPs. The new IP is 156.57.110.143 in case DNS is not updating fast enough.

Is this still an issue? Trying to come back, but gets stuck at connecting after server selection and then tells me that the client could not attach to the game server and that it must have been taken down. Am i just a luddite or is something broken?

It's been up for a while without issue. I don't have my windows VM open right now to test though but uogateway is showing it as up. You have to use client version 7.0.16.1. Have not gotten around to figuring out how to get the latest one to work. There is a download for that client here.

Unfortunately the amount of traffic seems to have pretty much died out though.
