Restart / Wipe

This topic will most likley be shot down at the start, heavily debated and shot down.. or thought of, if action takes place regarding this it will be in my opinion a positive affect for the server.
This shard has so much potential to be a demise/rastlinsworld/defiance with 30-60 avg peaks and a great economy. The hosting that Red has dedicated for this place right now is being ignored. There is just WAY too much potential for this server to have 2-3 active players with 5-6 afk/macroing players a day.
When i first joined i liked a lot of what i saw since ive came here its undergone many changes. The staffing here is fucking excellent hands down some of the best staffing ive seen on any shard. Each one is very good with public relations and are active all the time. Every one contributes their part to the best of their abilites ive never seen a shard promise systems like the roullete and have it done withing the next few days on the shard for us to use i mean they are so quick responsive its great. With all the ability they have and grant we should be a top shard.
Now i understand that due to the fact that its almost impossible to advertise AOV because of the restrictions from RunUO and UOG sucking, and Conn Uo unavalibility so its really hard to get our name out which is why we dont have a lot of players but still what we have right now isnt what we should.
My suggestion is to wipe the server and restart the server fresh with the AoA system, Demitiel System, and ML in place. I think if our staff can put a polished product on all 3 of those systems this shard could go very far. Yet because of inflation of what we already have it would be hard to attract almost anyone i mean things are so out of whack it took me 3 days to make a suit that i could use for the rest of my time on here. So this doesnt have to be this week im saying once these 3 systems are done we should really consider just restarting the shard clean with 200 point skill deed limit.
What we have is so good but the systems were all introduced a bit early so they were exploited such as vorpal chickens being farmed and tons and tons of the arties pushed on the shard. The roullette system was a great sink but now theres flooded g aoas in my opinion. I really think we have WAYYY too much potential to be stuck in the dirt like this for so long we should be a top shard. And i think by finializing some of the systems here and we already have great balance we could all start fresh and really enjoy it.
Im not a big vet player but im not a newb either im not saying this because i have nothing im saying it because i got too much too fast and its too easy.
Some of the older players i know may never agree and thats where ill be stuck on this post but think about it guys we need to fix this shard were not going anywhere with all this inflation, we have no economy period and everyones running around on the same suits with the same items we can be soo much better.
Just consider it.

. The real problem is the difficulty in advertising the shard. It's hard to advertise somewhere while also trying not to get banned or having an ad post be immediately deleted...
