Update [May 3 07] - ML Slayers, map fixes, monster fixes

*added newest OSI slayers:
Bear,
Vermin,
Bat,
Mage,
Beetle,
Bird,
Ice,
Flame,
Bovine,
Wolf
*vorpal chicken falls under bird slayer
*added a new lesser AoA:
The Vanquisher (talisman)
2 random slayers
Damage increase 25
Note: both slayers will be different, but there is a chance of a secondary useless, such as dragon slayer with reptile slayer. There is also a very small chance of only having one slayer, but this chance is smaller then the chance of electrons of a pencil's molecules to line up correctly to fall through a table. Basically, it randomizes slayers up to 100 times until an different one is obtained.
*Fixed shadowlords entrance/exits and placed stone back inside. This may require 6.0.1.1 patch but for now I added some teleports to simulate the stairs.
*Fixed some dungeon entrance/exit teleporters. If you find broken ones just page or post on forums in bug section. Also let me know if you find monsters stuck in walls.
*Khaldun lever system now only requires pulling of 2nd lever. (one near shadow wyrm spawn)
*Did a minor monster AI tweak
*Skeletal dragons no longer summon ondead if they are summoned
*Irk's stats are no longer inherited by the attacker (which made it a regular changeling)
