Another OSI patch (May 2 07)

As far as I can tell, it is now safe to update to this patch. The server has not yet updated as I deleted the client from the server and only keep the required files (maps,statics) and I am currently uploading them which should take a few days with my connection.
Updating will fix art issues as well as the shadowlord entrance issues. (for now there are teleports)
As always, backup your client files before patching.
