If anyone has Paypal and would like to help test, please PM me.
I will be refunding the money, and you get to keep the points provided that it works. Before I add any new items, I want to at least make sure the system works.
System has now been tested and is now confirmed operational. Thanks to those who tested

Perfect, thanks to all who tested! Looks like there was a few minor issues which should now be ironed out.
If anyone else wants to test it further, you can go ahead, I will leave this open in "test mode" for a day or so until I make it more official and add the stones in every town.
The donation stone is in Luna, simply click on it to get the gump, click on the button to donate, it will bring you to a web page, click on the paypal button and do a small donation. Within 5-10 minutes you should get an in-game message saying it's been processed and you should have the points.
Anyone who tests, please let me know the results either here or through PM.
I will be giving refunds for anyone who tests. You can keep the points.

It is now considered live. The stones are available at most, if all, banks.

Haha yeah I was aware of that loophole in my whole refund idea. I would have went back in the DB and capped it before it goes through though.
I was going to let this go longer but I started thinking, all these refunds might trigger something at Paypal's end. Technically if one works then they'll all work, so the system is good to go.
I am hoping to add more stuff over time, we just need to look over everything and decide what's appropriate and what's not.
