Buying specific necklaces

I need two different necklaces.
One must have: 8 dex, 8 int, 8 str MINIMUM.
2nd must have: 15 hci, 15 dci and then either 8 lmc or 20 lrc MINIMUM.
I will value them more depending on what other mods they have.
I also need:
Tribal Moccasins
+5 mana regen robe (preferably blessed)
Val/Barbed Runics
Heartwood boards
mass bark fragments
