yeah i get this every time i patch up to date for tc1
ok and yes i realize i have the wrong version but it does this no matter what version i have

When the live shard goes up with the latest patch, check to see if you are having the same issues as before. If you are, reinstall razor. If you are still having issues, reinstall UO.
Your version of UO should be 7.0.18.0 Patch 95
Your version of Razor should be V1.0.13
If you are using windows vista or windows 7, ensure you are running your applications as an administrator as they often update and make changes.

but its laggy nothing seems right i logged in as a criminal and i had several bags of artifacts and regnants was this intended?

Ya it's laggy as the admin is transferring over the update to live so it's taking up all of his connection as TC1 is hosted locally. The artifacts in your pack are item conversions pertaining to the changes in this post:

The gargoyle playable race is not yet implemented, they will default to elf if chosen. Gargoyles are part of UOSA which is not yet supported.
