Completely depends on the rest of your template IMO. The bokuto was nerfed a bit, but is still effective in niche templates. The war fork is an all-around more practical weapon.

Fork em!
First off -- It makes one cool ass noise when killing someone
Second -- Bleed Attack (Disarm is great and anoying to who you are fighting)
Third -- It makes one cool ass noise when killing someone

When I played another shard, we wanted to make a guild where everybody is a ninja with a taskmaster. Imagine raiding with that. The hit area poison and all the random targetting would really screw things up.
And yes it makes a really cool sound. TONG!

I was playing mine last night he is a Ninja Fencer and was pretty fun to screw off with.
