i can't move my parrot

You're supposed to be able to axe their perch and take them with you when you get a shiny new house but that's not working. Help?

Say "I wish to release this" to the perch and the parrot will turn into a statue.

Parrots and perches do not work the same here as they do on OSI. Instead of addon deeds they are movable lockdowns which make positioning and moving easier.
