Hey guys can anyone help me with TC1? when i play its not fun i dont know any controls besides the [help ones and those are crap, and whenever i do dupe to get armor from houses it says "item not accesible"

There's a good list to get you started. Some of those commands are disabled to non-administrators. Hopefully that helps out a bit.

If you can get to the test room on TC1 you'll have access to most things through item stones.

You should end up there automatically. If not do [go testroom.

Try [go testroom

There you can get lot of items that can help you, there are stones there and when you double click you can pick items. From there you can make armor and what not.

The dupe thing is somewhat normal, as the item on the house is non movable, but that gives me an idea, for TC1 I should probably make it so it does set as movable.

TC1 Is up to date with the latest UO patch version.
The shard how ever is only up to 6.0.12.4 (Patch 90)

also what is the command for admin stone? i cant play at all without it its been so long!

Admins have access to commands which control other aspects of the server so those commands are disabled to players.

What commands were you looking to use?

i was looking for like teleporting without it saying *you cannot see that* and adding str, dex, and int. + all the wep attributes like ssi n stuff
