Since its the first really nice weekend, I want to start a summer oriented topic. If you grill, what do you use? What kind of setup do you have? Whats your favorite thing to grill?

We normally use a regular BBQ with charcol, though nothing beats roasting stuff like weiners over a camp fire. (when it does not fall in the fire)

I use a Brinkman Pitmaster (Pimpmaster as my friends call it). It has the attached smoker on the side and a grilling surface thats about 14"x36". I can do red meats on the heat and chicken on the other side.
The best thing I can cook is mixed veggies, esp asparagus and zucchini. Steaks are kind of blase, I prefer burgers and brats. I do a good grilled salmon too.

Speaking of roasting stuff over a fire, keep freshly roasted marshmelows away from chipmunks, they happen to love that stuff even though it takes them an hour to clean it off their fur after.
