Quick status update on 7.0.12.0 support and stuff

We've been working quite hard latetly to try to get an update out, even if it's just the storage engine and the patch update, we at least want to release the latest code and allow updated clients on. While ML is a priority, the main priority is also the patch.
While the storage engine and missing ML content is being worked on / tested in the background, for the past few days I have been working on getting the dev shard compliant with patch 7.0.12.0. This is a big one. Lot of changes were made that break the way lot of things are handled. Not only packets, but land/static tiles, multis, and basically without lot of major changes nothing worked. The majority of the work is done, but there are lot of tweaks to do, and lot of things that need to be tested.
We also played real quickly with the new boats, and it looks like it should be a system that is fairly easy to code but that's not our priority at this point.
