I'm not sure how I'll do this yet, but I want to enable a referal system so people who get refered here by other people cause a reward to be given to the referrer. I'm thinking something along the lines of when you first log in on your char, a gump comes up to add referal account name, which the referrer would give. Problem is this could be abused by someone simply making a bunch of accounts, so I'll have to make it secure against that.

would rewards be given for who referrred current players to the server back when it started? if so, eby will be geting a pretty big reward for all the people, including me, who he got to play here.

Yeah for that, I'd have to do it manually, as the gump would only show up upon first char creation and a flag would go in the account on if they entered someone. The rewards would probably be random deco that say something like "Referal award".

This will most likely require a core edit though, as I'm pretty sure the account class is declared at the core level, and I'll have to add some variables in there and redo the whole serialize/deserialize thing. Same will go for the password management so chances are both will be done at the same time.
