TC1 will be down as of now for about 30 minutes for electrical maintenance.

Maintenance is now complete, the server is back up.
I now have a dedicated 20 amp outlet in my office for my new AC unit so next heat wave I can actually work and concentrate on what I'm doing lol.

Server is up and down as of sometimes before 4:30pm ET due to power outages. Right now I am testing my UPS auto shutdown so it will continue to be down until further notice.
