Looking to spend around $700 on a system. (just tower and componets) Looking for suggestions on type of CPU, motherboard, video card, how much ram, sound is not big deal to me. I dont play high end games. (mainly play AOV) Just looking for some ideas from people who have used different systems and what they may think is better for around my budget. ty

For the sake of simplicity you might want to look at say TigerDirect or newegg at the complete PCs in that price range.
I took a quick look and they all seem good enough for the price and would meet your needs.
