Better in Fel

Ok so loot is better, gold is better, resources is better.
Is lockpicking better in fel, will i get more gold/items int eh chest and a greater % of rares?

Pretty sure I coded that in when I boosted dungeon chests. You'll have better chances of rares in fel. Normal items I believe are the same intensity as their trammel counterparts.
