i reinstalled ultima online now i cant get past patch 5-0-3 wich means i cant play uovalor i have tried reinstalling again and i still can not get past that patch i have also tried deleting everything inside the patch folder and started patch again please try to help. Also all the couler are all weird like ice white is black charcoal is this weird yellow couler etc etc.

Does the actual patching process fail on you? If it does then that kind of sucks. I know that there was a time when certain players had trouble getting past a certain part in the patching process (I believe this was due to the new music files they added in).
All I can suggest to do is to try clearing your patch folder of files and hopefully it responds. Uninstalling and reinstalling is another option OR you can get the patched up client from a friend.
Unfortunately, we can't distribute the client ourselves or provide accurate support for the patching process, only troubleshooting.
As for the colors, do you happen to play on any other shards or have played on other custom shards in the past? You may have had to download some .mul files and replace your originals so the ones you have might not be standard to OSI and will likely contain special "exotic" custom hues. My suggestion there would be to replace those .mul files with the original files on your UO disk (or original client wherever you got it). I believe there is also a gateway program you can find that will allow you to load up different files for shards that need custom modifications (such as .mul files) so you don't have to replace the files when you want to play on different shards. Red would probably know more about this option.

Yeah sounds like a custom shard that has it's own patches. That tends to mess up the EA patch process. Reinstalling should do the trick.
I also strongly recommend backing up the client folder to seperate disk whenever there is a new patch. Allows you to switch between different patch levels if needed or roll back if a patch breaks everything. So you can still play other shards that require a different patch.
