There's something going on with the server, I think it's the uogateway poller. I lack the time to troubleshoot it though.
Just checked server real quick and I don't see anything lagging, so really don't know. Load is at 0.11 and the actual VM is only using 5% cpu.

I can confirm it's the uogateway poller as there is a memory leak somewhere. It's a very hard one to find considering I am not allocating my own memory in that program (no pointers, or the "new" keyword).
Also for whatever reason the program keeps creating copies of itself and leaving zombie processes behind. As a work around I made it so every hour the program terminates and relaunches, which takes care of the leak but not the zombie processes, so I'll have to look at it further as to why there's a memory leak in first place. It's not really a complicated program but it was done in rush.

I think this issue should now be resolved.
That's what happens when you rush through a c++ app (uogateway poller/grapher) and throw it on a live server. My app has a memory leak so once it starts swapping it lags badly, then if I wait more the whole host goes down. (that's why we had about 15 minutes downtime a few days ago - thankfully I was around)
As a workaround the app just restarts itself every now and then. When I have more time I will find the actual memory leak and fix it.
