***SHARD REVAMP PROGRESS GUIDE***

Hello all AOV Players and Staff!
As promised a while back, we are posting our revamp plan for everyone to see. This revamp is a large project with many tasks, which in the end will improve upon pretty much everything AOV has to offer in terms of service, gameplay, look etc etc.
Most of the points are done in chronological order. If for some reason we decide to do a certain task in a different order, we'll update it and bump it up the list (Other tasks may be added if we forget something. This list isn't set in stone and will likely change during progress).
NOTE: Planning, researching and revisions are assumed for most points. This list is periodically updated so check back when there are updates.
Green represents tasks which are completed
Grey represents tasks which have been put aside for the time being
Red represents tasks which have been dropped or canceled
Blue represents tasks which are currently being worked on
BACKEND - PLANNING AND ENGINE IMPROVEMENTS
*Primary Development and Deployment planning [Complete]
*Make shard work on Linux [Put aside for now]
*Revamp storage engine so it uses mysql[Currently Progressing]
*Property system revamp
*Polymorph/forms revamp
PRIMARY SHARD REVISIONS
*Removing/Rethinking custom items[Currently in Planning]
*Revising/Improving existing systems: Slayer, Barding Skills, Treasure Chests
CONTENT ADDITIONS
*Add missing content and improvements from AOS
*Add missing content and improvements from UOSE
*Add missing content and improvements from UOML
SECONDARY SHARD REVISIONS
*Adding custom items back into game
*Redesign world and spawners
*Adjust to accuracy
*Follow through reimbursement strategy
*Revise shard website
TESTING
*Open beta testing
*Fix bugs and exploits
*Run rigorous TC testing
DEPLOYMENT
*Launch new shard and new website
*Fix bugs and exploits
*Run tests
*Adjust accordingly
POST REVAMP DEVELOPMENT
*Add missing content and improvements after UOML
*Plan for UOSA development
*Bug and exploit monitoring and fixing
*Adding additional customs as per custom allowance
