Explosion spell.

I understand not being able to cast explo two or three times before the first explosion actually happens. But even after the explosion happens it doesn't work for a good 3-5 seconds. Not sure if its a bug or not but its kinda gee.

It has been like this for as long as I've been on aov.

I tried hard to reverse this change when it went in years ago... I lost.
