Rule rewording

I just reworded a rule to make it clearer.
As a result of this rule being broken last week over 100 accounts were banned. (it just so happened this person had this many accounts, breaking the 3 account rule too, tsk tsk tsk)

1.2- Do not make fake exploit/bug reports. This will just waste our time for nothing. If you think a bug exists and is serious, be ready to fully explain it when approching staff. If you are asked questions and go around it, we will assume you don't want to disclose the bug but want to use it instead.

This will just waste our time for nothing. If you think a bug exists and is serious, be ready to fully explain it when approaching staff. If you are asked questions and go around it, we will assume you don't want to disclose the bug but want to use it instead. If you suspect someone may be using an exploit PM staff, do not try to start a huge commotion on the forums, and definably do not make a character name the same as the suspect to try to stir things up. This is grounds for permanent ban as it will startle staff for nothing, wasting resources.
