Looking to buy any of the +DI% quivers

I'd like to buy any of the special quivers, Quiver of Fire, Quiver of Rage, etc

Alternatively, would I be able to get one of these on my own very easily?
Any of them, doesn't really matter which.
Do recipes actually pop out of the crafting quests? Haven't ever gotten one.
