stat caps...

can someone lease let me know if all these values are still accurate...i have heard otherwise and would like to clear this up...thanks in advance...
Item/stat Caps
These are all the caps that apply on this server. Most are standard to OSI, while some have been changed/added.
Skills: 700 (720 with full vet reward time)
Individual skills: 100 (120 with PS)
Stats: 225 (260 with max obtainable stat PS)
Individual stat: 125 (150 with items)
Hit points: 130
Stamina: 170
Mana: 200
LMC: 40%
Followers: 5
HCI: 45%
DCI: 45%
FC for mages: 2
FCR for mages: 6
FC for paladins, spellweavers, ninja and samurai: 4 (2 with 70 or more magery)
FCR for paladins, spellweavers, ninja and samurai: 6
SDI in pvp: 15% (120 inscribe adds 20% SDI on top of the cap)
SDI for pvm: 350% (slayer count as SDI as well)
DI from items: 100
DI total: 350
Raw fencing damage in pvp:80 (this is before any special shots are applied)
Raw sword damage in pvp:90 (this is before any special shots are applied)
Raw macing damage in pvp:120 (this is before any special shots are applied)
Raw archery damage in pvp:90 (this is before any special shots are applied)
Swing speed in seconds: 1.50 (fencing is 1.25)
SSI: 75 (includes bonus modifiers such as divine fury)
will you please tell me specifically, if anything, is different...thanks...

That looks about right I don't think that they changed any of that here but I could be wrong.

ok, lemme get a little more specific now...
1. i heard u can max ur health @ 200...is that true??...
2. FC for paladins, spellweavers, ninja and samurai: 4 (2 with 70 or more magery)...does "Necro" count as "Magery" in this situation??(after reading through multiple websites, it seems this may be a possibility)

200 hps on OSI not on here max is 130 on here

im not 100% sure, but i believe DI is capped at 100.

DI from items is capped at 100. Using spells and skills, the cap is 350.

ok, thx ninja2007 4 help w/my 1st question...i still need #2 answered please...also:
3. LMC-40%...i have 100% LMC on my tamer/mage, but i have read that as far as ninjitsu, bushido, wpn skills, etc. that is capped @ 40% LMC, is that the case?
4. would it be pointless 2 have more STR (being 160) 2 get the max hp of 130??...or does/will it affect more than hp and weight limit??...

Yea, the HP cap is extremely low
Making the majority of high end items with +HP entirely useless. With max str you have room for +5 HP, after which its just wasting the mods.

When the shard is scaled to OSI, you will be able to achieve that amount.

Item DI is capped at 100%. A combination of DI from items, armor, etc all falls under the DI cap of 100%. In order to increase your damage any higher, you require bonuses such as tactics and anatomy or slayers.

Hey is it true with Hit lower defense your HCI goes up to 65%? I remember hearing something along those lines.
