130 now! Yay! I'll have to keep up with my diet, it's working.
My diet is a race between the scale and the vein blockages. Whichever gets higher first wins. So far the scale is winning so that's good.
Cholesterol and saturated fats FTW.

You don't need to eat saturated fats to gain weight. You can gain weight in a healthy way. Eat lots of carbs and proteins. Think about what Sumo wrestlers eat the most of.

yeah red, there are lots of ways to gain weight in a healthy way. You are going for the short term fix, and you will probably only get short term results. I am not a GQ model by far, but I do know a bit about nutrition and healthy diet habits.
First of all, why are you trying to gain weight? From the looks of your pics, you just seem to be a smaller framed person, there is nothing wrong with being 130lbs. One of the coolest and best looking guys I work with is about 130lbs. He isnt considered small or weak.
Second of all, if you want to gain weight, you need to build a bigger engine and NOT a bigger spare tire. Yeah, working out sucks and it is hard work. But if you are looking for respect and to get that "Wow!" from the ladies when you take your shirt off at the beach, you need to throw some weights around. Getting a good amount of the big T, testosterone, in your system will have a lot of other positive effects such as more confidence, deeper voice, and you get just that tinge of cockiness that gets people's attention.
I can email you a very good workout thats pretty easy to fit into a busy schedule. Its fast workouts, approx 20-30 mins, with every day working a different specific muscle group. Take it easy and you should be able to stick with it, and it doesnt take any elaborate workout equipment. Just a bench and some weights, which you should be able to get at a yard sale or craigslist for pretty cheap.

Working out everyday, if you are going for weight gain is a bad plan in general. Most of gained will be from muscle, and in order to gain muscle and prevent injury you have to allow time for muscles to rest. If you exercise everyday, target different muscle groups. For each muscle group, target it every 2 days, or target it every 3 days if you are maxing out.
Red, if you are looking to bulk up quick, but don't care about tone, use heavy weight with low reps. Also, try to have about 2-2.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight. Since you are 130, try to get 260-325 grams of protein a day eventually. Also, since you will be doing low reps with heavy weight, you may want to invest in some creatine pills or drink mix formula. Creatine allows your muscles to recoup faster and you will also absorb water easier which will help for gaining mass and also preventing injury.

Oh I do workout, so that helps, but you need fat to make muscle and muscle is heavier then fat.
I was 105 for the longest time until I joined the gym. Since I burn more energy I tend to eat more too which helps. Before I started I could hardly finish a regular McDonald's combo now I can easily supersize it if I want. Trying to cut down that bad stuff though.

Fat is also essential......
However, you don't want to just stack saturated fat like you said you were doing Red =p.

umm, hello... reread my post and you will see that this workout targets different muscle groups every day. Its probably not the perfect workout for everyone, but its easy to fit into a schedule and doesnt take any crazy workout equipment to do. Really, the best workout comes after you get a girlfriend and fuck the hell out of her for a few hours every other night or so. I guess in your case chronic masturbation could be considered exercise, thats probably how you push the buttons so fast when you pvp.

It's true. Despite having a long term relationship, I often deny sex from my girlfriend so I can jerk-off. I gotta keep my fingers strong and quick so I can PvP to the best of my ability. It pisses my GF off, but hey, I've tried to explain it to her, but she doesn't understand my commitment to PvP =p. On those rare occasions when I die, lets just say it is because of something I refer to as "sticky-macros".
*On a more serious note, It's true Doc I didn't read your whole post, my bad =p. Looks like you have a good light workout plan. =]

This is why playing a mage can be hard. Hard to keep 64 spells macroed to one side of the keyboard for each one handed access.

D, I am so glad you took that with a sense of humor. I thought it was funny as hell when I wrote it, but that was after a few beers.

When I first read what you said I was confused, because I found it unusual that you or I would ever try to cut the other one deep. I figured you knew I had a girlfriend, and I assumed you had been drinking (posts made by Doc while drinking= always worth reading). It was pretty damn funny.

That mass you gain with creatine, goes off after you stop taking it, cause the water it gathere to your muscles, leaves.
But i do take creatine myself too, also most recorvery drinks have atleast some amount of creatine in them.
But as you prolly know, theres creatine in meat too.

mostly in fish yes.
And yea, most of the weight is just water weight you gain from creatine. It is just a good way to prevent injury from training. That is all.
