I will take into account the results and I can always add a server wars period.

But just a heads up when we move to the new system there will be no way to do a server wars as the data saves will be real time.

There would be no need for server wars in that case but what we COULD do is schedule a 15 minute free for all at the time server wars would normally take place. That way there would still be the "war" involved without the fear of losing insurance and items but without the necessity of a server reboot.
