700.1 Real Skill Points

So I Gmed everything for my "mule" as they say and came to realize that my real points are 700.1. Focus got stuck at .1. Dunno why or how or even if it matters being just .1 but thought I would drop by and let you know.

Yeah it's a known issue. The skill gaining is kinda a messed up system, that broke when I made skill gain faster. It will be recoded along with like 3/4 of RunUO when we redo the revamp.

It's cool =) Didn't know it was known about already so thought I would mention it anyway. Didn't hurt
