iz there anything u kan do that wuld make ur char say sumthing wen he/she used abilities...like an auto-resonse??...

Yes, I've seen people set this up. Can easily be done with a setup macro. Might even be 3rd party programs available to do this automatically.

If you set up a macro in razor, lets say casting energy bolt, you can record yourself saying "Jaja, joo got pwned newbie" (or any other other colorful buzzwords). You can then set it up as a hotkey, lets say each time you press "6" it will cast energy bolt with whatever you decided to say.
You can also set this up in your UO client, by making hotkeys using "cast spell" then (spell here), use the arrow below cast spell to say "whatever you want here".
