same az focus...how kan i lower this...my skillz jus dont seem 2 wanna listn...help plz...

Point the skills you want to decrease downward (There's an option in the game under "skills").

If the skills still aren't leeching, you might have locked them in your razor configuration. If they still aren't lowering, open your razor window and check your "skills" tab to make sure the skills aren't locked.

Put it on the down low, then raise your other chosen skills. It will only start going down once you have reached your 700 skill cap.
