Lord Oaks (Not recommended first time): Forest in the lost lands of fel

There's also random alters in the lost lands of felucca. Look around those dungeons for a black alter with a champion skull on it. It is important to note that although there ARE champions in different facets (Ilshenar, tokuno), the champions in felucca are the only ones that will reward you with a powerscroll upon their defeat.
