Was just wondering if 4/6 is working properly for Chiv.
I built a 4/6 chiv and it seems like its alot slower then my 4/6 on demise.

demise timers are also a lot quicker on mage spells too.. some are too fast.

The .3 cap applies for all spells, so basically at 4/6 you'll still be maxing out at .3, probably each spell you'll hit the cap actually.
I think necro on demise is also too fast, but hard to tell, never managed to get fc2 on my necro archer.
