Fixed up forum html

Noticed Opera was screwing up a few things with the forums too so I added some css to force left alignment even though it was already in the base class. Aparantly some browsers want it as inline css. hopefully this fixes the display horrors.
If you spot anything else that looks weird let me know and I'll fix it.

Shout Box still appears blank.

That I have no clue about. It's an IE stupidity. Does not do that one in opera. It does not like to format iframes properly for some reason. It ignores the width that is specified.

Well, I can tell you it worked fine in IE a couple weeks ago.

which is weird considering I never touched the shoutbox. Bet adding the ad on top in an iframe did it, somehow.
