No.

There still needs to be punishment for being an outcast murderer. As it is now they get to even go into tram, which is an extremely nice choice by staff.

As mentioned earlier, being a murderer is not a noble choice. There are punishments for following the path of senseless killing of innocents. If you want to pk people without being a murderer, you can enter a faction.

I believe you can still purchase goods from npcs in felucca however.

Last time I bothered trying to buy from NPCs in fel i could only do so at Fel Bucs. I think i was able to buy from tram bucs NPCs too but I don't remember for sure (Still kinda makes sense because i dont think Tram Bucs has guards either as its still a pirates haven).

IMO Red's should be nerfed to Felucca, and stuck there. It's a punishment after all.

Felucca is a wonderful and exciting place. Although there are many who would disagree.

They are murderers. Felucca is kinda like a jail. You don't see murderers in Shopping Malls sitting there calmly drinking a milkshake IRL when they are well known menslayers.

But how would a random NPC joe blow know who is wanted for murder and who isnt? I mean too an exent you can also argue that as long as the murderer doesn't commit any crime while in a town or in view of an another person they would not nessicarily know that that person is a wanted criminal.

I'm sure murderers have walked around the mall before and no one noticed. Hell, the zodiac killer could be sitting in a starbucks drinking a latte right now for all that anyone knows and hes one of the most infamous murderers in history.

To quote some Di members from another thread, theres more than one Steve in the world.

I will stick to my statement. Right now being red means nothing, really.

its kind of pointless having the whole red system anymore if they can go to Non-PVP lands isnt it?

I suggest allowing us to attack reds in trammal based guard zones and otherwise

I've thought of that actually, but think it could be abused. Like a red could start shit talking to a blue to provoke him then the blue would be attackable too.

Though I COULD make it so calling guards always works, but I want to make guards actually NPCs, that way you can try to do crime and try to get away with it, there's more thrill to that.

Actually, that's how UO used to be during beta. People would call the guards, and they would come running in, lots of them! None of that insta-death lightning stuff.

I remember running away from that halberd until I got outside britain's guard zones. Made it with 5 hp.

My thief was stinking RICH because I could always run around a corner and hide before the guard could chase me.

Then again... you could outrun a dragon' fireball.
