Future donation system changes

This is not exactly "in progress" but it is "mentally in progress" if you will. 
Basically what I'd like to eventually do is automate the donation store transaction so when you add the items to cart it will automatically process through paypal. Once it is approved (automaticly) it would then add the items into your bank, or your char (I'd probably give a choice).
Way this would work is when you check out you type in your account and get a drop down of the characters, then you choose which one. This would also allow to buy an item for someone else.
This would make donation items more pleasant to buy as you'd see the item right away instead of waiting till I get home from work.
Don't think this would be TOO hard to do. The RunUO DB is not really intractable, but I could simply have it generate a separate file that is easy to parse so it would read this data to get account info.
