At about 10:30ET, an orny will be placed in an undisclosed location in a trammel city (city = within guard zone, not counting moongates).
First one to find it, well, gets to keep it. Don't miss out!

The event has started!
Remember, it can be in any city within the city's guarded area, so this means it could be outside, in buildings, in tunnels (if applies) etc...
It will be in a locked container that requires 0 lock picking skill, so be sure to bring a lock pick!
