Hmm... no. Tamers would be able to summon their pets anywhere, specially in pvp. It would also let you summon pets at felucca dungeons and ilshenar ones. Maybe to sell pets, but Id rather think about the huge downsides first. Whan I played on a tamer based shard, people hated my archer cause I could summon my hiryu just after paraing them.

Not the way I did with shrink. I had a macro to summon my hiryu and dismount the target, them call it and shrink again, them summon my rune beetle to bleed + lethal, call it, mortal my target, shrink beetle. You woulndt be able to do that with a pet ball, i'm sure.
