This is kinda funny. Had he shot and killed a human we'd only be hearing about this in 25 years from now and he'd get like a 1 year sentance. :P

Yeah I loled at that part LOL

That means they actually contacted the retailer to inquire on repairs lol

"sorry, gun damage is not covered under warranty, but the starter was"

It seems that the prison sentance is more for the illegal shotgun than actually discharging the firearm. Sawing off the barrels is a bad idea in legal terms. With the laws we have here in the states, he is lucky that they aren't charging him with some sort of terrorism or conspiracy.

I'm surprised he even got charged at all. If he shot a human he would not even get charged before like 25 years from now and 30 court cases later. Look at OJ simpson, he's STILL not in jail. He should of been in jail day 1.

Sounds like something my dad would go and do after he can't get his mower started. He usually resorts to kicking it and throwing it around the garden, then wonders why it still doesn't start.
