my interenet is crashing every 10 seconds help me plox!

I'll go through my usual internet tech support spiel:
I'll get you to unplug the power from your modem. It most likely says Speedstream on it, its a small black box. Once the DSL light stops flashing, unplug the power from your router then plug it back in, give it 30 seconds to 1 minute then try accessing the internet.
If it still does not work try rebooting.
Only difference, it took me a few minutes to type that, usually some of these calls can last like 15 minutes because people don't even know where their modem is or what the phone number of their line is LOL. These people run businesses too...
