Exceptional Elven quivers no longer appear to have +10 DI.

Does the non-exceptional one give the +10 DI bonus?

I vaguely recall doing something with those where the DI was removed as it conflicted with a craftable quiver of some sort which was in recipe form (Which essentially gave the same bonuses but required more work for nothing). Don't quote me on that as my memory's fuzzy at the moment. I had a reason for removing it but I can't recall at this point in time.

So is it going to put back in where they give 10 DI or only if it doesnt conflict?

I'd have to do some code checking to give you a definitive answer on that. If it does not conflict with the other recipe quiver, then I can put it back in.

I recall the same thing which is why it got removed.
