Does Poisoning skill upgrade the level of poisin from Darts and Poisin Arrow/Infectious Strike?

Yes. Your poisoning skill has a chance to increase the level of poison inflicted (For Serpent Arrow/Infectious Strike). For darts/shurikens, seeing as they require no poisoning skill to inflict the poison, they will inflict the poison level shown on the dart (So if the dart is greater poisoned, it will always do greater poison regardless of skill).

Can you tell me what the percentage chance for it to upgrade it is or if the forumla is simple share it (like less that 4 lines being simple for me XD). Reaosn I ask is I have room for a 90 point skill on a template and I am wondering if 90 poisoning would be worth having.

As it works right now it is the exact same as infectious strike in terms of poisoning level. If you have no poisoning skill, you will always inflict lesser poison (unless you are human). If you have 100 poisoning skill, it will be lethal poison (If your bow is laced with deadly).

You can get 90 poisoning skill for now but the formula may change in the future as normally the chance is based on a formula depending on your skill in archery, poisoning and your dexterity. For now you can benefit from it working the same as infectious strike.

90 should give you a decent level of poison against your target anyways (Deadly/Lethal).

You can lethal with 90 but sometimes poisoning your blade/bow will fail. I can't recall the % chance of inflicting lethal but at 90% skill it'll be high enough.
