Did not realize the location I chose is directly under a swamp. We got some leakage issues.
Some insurance person is looking at the damage right now.

If a player throws a greater explosion potion at the wall, it breaks apart and reveals a moongate. If you enter the moongate, you are greeted by an npc with a red cloak and a long grey beard who says "Pay me for the door repair charge" and takes 250 gp from your bank.
