I just coded a shoutbox for the forum, enjoy!
Note: You need at least 5 posts to be able to use the shout box.
Also added a bit of security code in PM and Email functions.

It's annoying. Can it be placed at the bottom of the page or be minimized?

Agreed. It would be better if it were placed at the bottom under the last forum or after the "Who's Online" part. People will still use it, even if it's at the bottom. Just when it's on the top it appears everywhere.

Is there any way to censor it? When people come to check out this server and see certain things writen on the hompage, it might make them not even think twice about logging in based on what they are reading.
