Update[dec 21 06] - hit chance, summon demon, efield

*Chance to hit with a weapon now has a very increased chance in pvm. HCI is still needed but even at gm skill you should hit more then miss. In pvp the chance to hit is only slightly better than it is in pvm, so hci is a must there, while in pvm you can probably get away with low to none. Automatically, you have a 15% hit chance bonus if your skill is GM or higher, and if it's PVM you get an additional 25% since monsters are bigger, thus easier to hit. (well most monsters - but this is generalized). If your char is starving you get a -10% penalty, if your char is stuffed, you get a 10% bonus. Hit chance is also capped at 95% so no matter what you still have a 5% chance to miss, at least. Same goes for the oposite - you have at least a 5% chance to hit.
*Summon demon spell has a 1 in 50 chance of summoning a dark father, and a 1 in 25 chance of summoning a balron. These are much harder to dispell and last 10 times longer. Note that the summoned dark father will not throw bones or summon undead,nor does it give a chance of artifact upon death.
*Energy field cannot be casted on top of a mobile - it will leave a gap, like wall of stone does.
